Moody's mood

Eric Moody, former BA pilot, was on on Radio 4's PM programme yesterday evening, providing some analysis on the 777 crash landing, as well as recounting his own tale. He is a master of understatement:

'Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your Captain speaking. We have a small problem. All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them going again. I trust you are not in too much distress.'
